What would you rather be, rich, young and healthy or poor, old and ill? Tough choice...

We have a logjam of this kinda project / player. Let's wait and see....

Isaac is not a project. What he is is a question mark.

..

Perhaps I used the wrong nouns....that happens to me a lot nowadays.....

He is that kinda player....a question mark (speaking of JI), and a project (speaking of Bol) but the hopeful outcome is that they would be similar but different.

I do not buy into Bol bol = Poor mans Wemby projections at all.

I am not even sure they play the same position at this point. Let's see what JI is able to do this year.

Make no mistake though, what JI has been able to do on the court early in his career is many magnitudes more important than what we have seen from Bol. Bol may eventually turn into a nice rotation player, but what JI did in his last year playing is something every team in the league covets.

In my mind, there is a faint flicker that JI fits in with Franz and Paolo, as the 5 or in a huge line up with Suggs, Franz, Paolo, JI, WCJ. IF JI can stay healthy and regain his previous form there are A LOT of line up possibilities. Of course that is a Bol Bol sized IF at this point.

I do believe JI can, especially on defense.

The team lacks a weak side defender which JI is pretty good at. He is also pretty good at guarding the perimeter, which no one in your lineup is pretty good at. Seeing Clarkson run around Franz that last game against the jazz, having JI on the floor could have really helped, imo.

Bol and JI provide ridiculous depth. Our front court is loaded. It's also going to get too expensive at some point if Bol is indeed quality starter value and Isaac returns to that level of play. Definitely an interesting angle to follow

Bol is not a starter, but hopefully JI still can be.

Well at some
Point you have to choose a certain number of players that would fit well and cut ends with those who dont fit. Not really retain all. It is a nice problem

John Amaechi buddy.

Nothing wrong about it. The team was ahead of its time. Being all inclusive as early as 2000.
