Will trade away that chance for 50/40/90 for 100% health in the postseason.

Grant at 50/40/86. Can’t miss any more FTs!

He's definitely stepped it up with Brown being out. Great stuff.
Good assessment:

I think Malcom is 50/50/96 over the last 10. It’s pretty ridiculous. I think it’s easy to wish for more minutes. And maybe he does get more in the playoffs to give us a legitimately good third option but he’s rounded back into form after being a little MIA for a week or two prior to this stretch.

December Brogdon: 2.67 A/TO, 56.6% TS%
January Brogdon: 5.33 A/TO, 66.8% TS%

He’s coming along just fine. Could still be better defensively.

Makes me kinda sad that Ainge couldn't get a legit bench scorer since Ricky Davis. Brogs would average more if he got more shots/minutes. But I prefer him minute-managed instead of breaking down before the playoffs.

EDIT: On the TNT broadcast, they showed a graphic saying Brogdon leads the league in % of team bench points. Makes sense since Hauser, Kornet, and PP don't give us much. Grant doesn't average double digit points either.

I'm already pissed at the real possibility that they award the 6MoY to Westbrook if Lakers at least make the play-in. Media would love the narrative of him embracing the 6th man role for the good of the team blah blah blah.

I hadn’t even thought of Westbrook being a serious candidate for the award. I guess that’s as much a lack of good candidates as me never considering the Lakers for anything positive.

I know we brought him for his scoring/playmaking but I thought he would at least be average on defense. Read somewhere he's in the 1st percentile in iso defense (1st percentile is the super opposite of outstanding).

Grading has become so soft. 86% used to be a B.

39 minutes against Lakers. 26/6/4. +11. I think we just got a glimpse of what a healthy playoff Brogdon could be for Celtics.

Totally agree. We are so lucky to have him.
