0.004 percent of the players have injuries that linger into next season, but yes that warrants you to bench your players because you are scared they will get hurt and not play next season. Go ahead and trade for more players that can't secure a contract for beating up their baby mama. There is a reason why no team has signed Bridges as the NBA will be suspended him as soon as he signs a deal, which likely will be 82 games, so odds are he won't be in the SiM next yr, and intelligent GM with morals wouldn't bother try to build a team with him on it

I’ve noticed that players haven’t been getting injured on their day off this season. Maybe WS noticed the issue and fixed it.

I hate it still. It wasn't an issue, players get injured on days off all the time. I liked the increased injury prevalence in other years, made things more random and depth/fit more important.

Kyle Anderson is sneaky good pickup and consolation for Balla, I was gonna trump that offer but timing wasnt right

At the very least he's a great trade piece. I have a lot of depth at the big positions.

I have another rule addition that's more iffy. We have the same schedule every year leading to some very similar things happening each year (for example Golden State always has a slow start). Apparently there's mods where you can upload a different schedule. If bish doesn't mind I think that could improve things and randomize results a bit more.

Honestly I'm surprised you would need a mod for that. I would think they would just have the current year schedule. But seems like they just keep the same generic schedule every year which i don't think helps or hurts anyone specifically but would be nice to have a little different sched in future.

I’m not an intelligent GM and I’m not the moral police. I’m Dave Checketts biotch! I’ll even sign a player who pulls a Spree and chokes his coach. So there, let’s get that out in the open. Any player with talent who’s made a mistake can get a spot on my EL and a 2nd chance in Toronto. I’ll leave the cancel culture to y’all.

i think in the past, the sim's schedule followed real NBA schedule. but if you do a custom league (what we're doing) it randomizes it

i think in the past, the sim's schedule followed real NBA schedule. but if you do a custom league (what we're doing) it randomizes it

I'll be honest too, I benefit from my schedule lol. The end of the year I should be headed into the playoffs on a win streak if I can beat Dallas my last game, and that forward momentum will hopefully lock up that 2 seed.

The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to trade Nassir Little, Pat Connaughton and a 2023 2nd round draft pick (From Utah) to the Miami Heat in exchange for Tre Mann.

Pat is a terrible contract but beyond that this is a great move for both teams. Miami gets two guys they need and Tre sucks now but he should get better very soon.
