People say it’s Beal or Gobert. But atleast Beal and Gobert are playable down the stretch and are elite in defense/rim
Protection or scoring. Ben isn’t providing anything elite.

7.5ppg
3.5 drives per game

43 FT%!
26 TO%!

Well the Nets have now won two in a row...so there is that. But Simmons has seriously regressed. He is on the perfect team with KD and Irving because he is not asked to carry an offensive load. But If either of them are not scoring Simmons, who is paid big money, is not stepping up. So yeah bad contracts Simmons is right up there with the best.
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

I guess Rui told the Wizards he's not resigning. It just appears on the surface like the Lakers fleeced the Wizards.

I'm wondering if we're going to do a similar thing with Thybulle since he'll probably just walk away this summer.

Nice trade for LA. It seems like the Rui/Wiz relationship fell apart and the Lakers are smart to swoop in. He’ll be useful as a spot up shooter and rebounder next to Lebron.

Hachimura is the odd man out in DC as it seems that they prefer Avdija and Kispert, also this potentially gives them more flexibility to re-sign Kuzma if they go that direction.

3 2nds for a guy they may have non-tendered this summer may feel like a steal for the Wiz

Magic might beat the Celtics for the 3rd time this season. LENGTH bothers the Celtics.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain
Grimes/Edgecombe/Gordon
Oubre/Edwards/Council
George/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

Exactly. Length is the Celtics' Achilles heel as both the Warriors in the finals last season and the Magic this season have proven. Hence why we need to trade for some of the Magic's lengthy wings and forwards. I'm sure that Isaac could be had for dirt cheap. Get on the phone, Morey!

Celtics.

Tucker-Biid or Tucker-Tobias or Tobias-Biid will deny their 2 man game. Think of how Raps or Heat denies our 2 man game with Tucker or Barnes at Harden.

If Tatum opts to hunt our guards, so be it as long as they can stay in front of him and thats no problem.

Tatum is just shooting 31% on pull up jumpers. You let him take those as long as we stay with his man and not let him drive to the rim.

Their offense is mostly ball/player movement, our guards are quicker on their switches and recover. They just need more exposure and experience.

Sixers should be able to stay close to them at the very least. We have more firepower on offense to do that. And our end game should be better because they dont have any action that can match Biid-Harden 2 man game while I find Tatum’s ISO and pull jumpers to be overrated (relative to top scorers)

League Leaders in total points + FG% on drives + FG% on Pull-up jumpers:

1. Luka: 1444 PTS—62.4%—39.6%
2. Tatum: 1371—49.6%—31.6%
3. SGA: 1320—51.4%—47.1%
4. Randle: 1169—49.4%—39.3%
5. Edwards: 1159—53.6%—33.7%
6. KD: 1158—63.0%—54.7%
7. Embiid: 1142—51.6%—42.0%

Celtics also plays without a PG. So we can try to put on ball pressure and showcase that we are top 5 (if im not mistaken) in steals. Celts know this and thats why they added Brogdon in the offseason. And if they play Brogdon, we will relentlessly hunt him.

Im not saying we will surely beat the Celtics or we are better than the celtics or we dont need size.

Im saying we have a good chance to beat the Celtics with what we have. And if we are going to make any moves, I wont trade offense for defense or make some moves to disrupt our rhythm and chemistry

If Isaac could be had for dirt cheap, other teams will also get into the phone and the bid war will pump his value.

In the previous post I talked more about the end game about the Celts.

The reason why I can atleast see us getting the game close against the Celts, and maybe not needing a close game to win it..

Read on Twitter

Embiid and Harden is better than Jaylen and Jayson.

Take those two duos away, and you still have the edge on offensive firepower over them.

Brogdon 14
Smart 11
White 9
Horford 9
Grant Williams 9
Robert Williams 7

Maxey 21
Tobias 16
Melton 10
Milton 10
Niang 9
Harrell 6

Lakers were scammed with Rui. Wizards pumped and dumped him for 3 2nd rounders.

I been saying we needed to add length and athleticism not just in general but also for that celtics team. It's unfair that the magic now also have a Jonathan Isaac who just returned.

Orlando has a strong crop of talent. Feel like there's a surplus in guards and big men. They'd be wise to sell on some. Idk much about Suggs, but Fultz and Anthony seem like they both can be starting PG's on a playoff team. They have Bol and Bamba which seems redundant, especially if they ever play WCJ at the 5, since Banchero is a 4. As Sixer fans, who would we want to go after if we made a deal with the Magic?

Isaac or WCJ.

Fultz, if possible. Because i still have my two Fultz jerseys with me.

Bol Bol and it's not even close for me. I like the idea of Bamba as a backup, but Bol would be the prize if we could get him. I think he's extremely versatile on both ends of the floor. He can guard multiple positions. You can actually put him on a player like Tatum and with his length it may cause some issues for Tatum. He's not strong enough to stick with Giannis, but we have other players that can do that. If there was any way we could get Bol Bol from the Orlando Magic, we should absolutely do it. I highly doubt he's available though. If that's the case, we should look at Bamba, or Issac if he's available.

Per WT, Richaun Holmes may be available on the buy out market. Wouldn't mind bringing him back for half a season although we obviously don't have the best track record when it comes to the buy out market.

The Sixers should be interested in quite a few non-starters in Orlando.

Bamba, Ross, Hampton, Isaac, Bol, Anthony.

If there's a team that really offered 3 1sts for OG Anunoby... it has to be Memphis.

New Orleans seems like a plausible candidate as well.

I find the 3 FRP for OG rumor a little hard to believe because I can’t think of a reason why the Raptors would say no.
