Really really really really hate how the Suns are defending the Mavs early. When will they learn to STOP doubling Luka?

So this is the new thing now to put up a late game thread? Does it have to do with the 4 game winning streak?

Crazy we are 6th with all the injuries. I don't think we're good enough to beat Memphis or the top east teams, but everyone else we can probably handle well if we're all healthy. Looks like its gonna be our last dance.

Ayton is a plus for offense but a huge negative to defense. We don't really need the offense from him, but he better get with it and make his impact felt on BOTH ends or he can find himself playing half assed hoops somewhere else.

Trade Ayton, 6/8 (6mins).

Give me Biz all day everyday. Its unfair he'll lose minutes to a guy with no heart

Yeah, it’s super weird. I don’t think we need his offense either and we struggle getting him the ball which slows down our offense and usually ends up in a turnover. I much prefer the paint protection. He’s rebounding well so far so I’ll take it. So far good

Monty "Freeze King" Williams took hot Ayton out again. 9 rebounds 7mins too much.

Glad we are feeding the center, even if it is Biz. Stick to the gameplan.

I missed the first five minutes though, why isn't Luka in?

Im absolutely sick of discussing Ayton's ability to be an offensive creator (he's not one, and probably never will be. shot creator =/= high ppg, etc.) but we'll be praying he becomes one if we can't acquire another one.

I've always thought what he gives us can be done for a lot cheaper if we had someone like Okongwu or Achiuwa. Yet at the same time we'd be worse if we had those guys if we hypothetically swapped Ayton for them strictly 1 for 1 in our lineup.

In general I'm pretty much indifferent to Ayton now. I'd rather he be on a less expensive contract. $35m for him is insanity. But bird rights are bird rights and you use em or lose em when it comes to resigning your own players. Just makes him harder to trade.

I prefer having Luka out there. I want to beat the Mavs with him. Hopefully he returns

Mikal out there making the right decision and getting it to Biz with the mismatch. Loving this new development in Mikal's game

I think Stan Van Gundy has a crush on us.
