just want to remind everyone how that the GMs of BAF... facilitated this dude MPH having that team. Never in the real NBA would teams in so many numbers help build a Juggernaut the way teams did here. I actually respected that team when the season started.

People making trades to have a good team after making trades that make him stronger....

Where they do that at?

was one of the guys I was after...really good pickup on a good contract. I like him as a complimentary piece.

Can’t speak for anyone else but myself, but every trade I’ve made with San Antonio mpharris has paid top value in draft currency. I would have been mentally challenged not to investigate those deals and get them done.

I never worry too much about who I’m making stronger as long as I’m getting closer to my vision for where I see my team headed.

The only exception is Hoffa. I do have extra incentive to make sure he never gets a ring and stays blocked. Cuz dude continues to go way out of his way pursuing garlic wit me. He wants it, he got it!

It's tough to plan against. Last year when he pulled off the Joker trade I had been within striking distance and it caught me red handed. I had some incremental moves in mind and then basically punted. This year, no panic. Just gotta keep building the team. But, as you say, the odds are slim. As 2010 implied, mpharris put together an impressive run of draft capital considering the other moves he's made. I've been particularly reluctant to pursue anything that improves his stature - I put out there what I turned down - but his moves always have win-win on their face. He just comes out highest.

Dastardly team, the Spurs.

yeah but I really only made 1 big deal outside of my deals with 2010 my 3 big moves were

Brandon Clarke for 2 1st round picks
Draymond Green for 4 1st round picks
Mitch Robinson for Washington 1st round pick

I think I pretty much paid a premium price for all 3 players...no?

To your point I do feel I ran into that a lot this year...some teams didn't want to trade with me to "help me". So in a lot of these cases I had to pay top dollar.

I feel like most teams are happy that I did move the Wash pick. At least you don't have that hanging over your head now...I was obviously going to improve if I moved off my draft capital, at least I'm out of tradable draft capital now :dontknow:

Your margins for improvement are shrinking but you've built a window that's going to be very difficult to overcome, not unlike Durant's Warriors. You've built a monster, man.
