team did well to claw its way back. could have been a lot worse.

i haven't seen any defensive possessions that make me feel confident about zu properly covering vucevic on the perimeter. if it's by design, eh, i guess, but i feel like he can do better. on one possession zu tried to cover luke's guy on the switch and vucevic had a WIDE open 3 pointer which he fortunately bricked.

that doesn't inspire confidence at all

btw isn't that foul on kawhi considered a non-foul? isn't it the hi-five rule? or do i have the wrong understanding of it

whatever the case, batum snatching a big rebound there precipitated that. he's just so important to this team, and i think it goes to show you the importance of having enough glue guys in the lineup.
