I don't think I have ever seen that big of a philosophy change from a GM.

MP has always built big time offensive teams with shooting. I remember those Dlo/Beal/Hayward/Love teams with shooting and spacing with no defense.

He now went completely grind it out defensive oriented.

I mean honestly? I've tried the offense thing but when you got a team like yours in San Antonio we're all just kicking the tires. I'm trying to at least implement a No Layup Rule in Utah to make it a grind.

A nice win against a rock solid Pelican's team. Trae with 30 and 13 assist. Siakam with 18 and 10. DeRozan with a very efficient 15 and 5. I got solid performances out of just about all my others. I am liking this P. Williams dude. He filled in great for Hunter.

Doncic played great and Ingram had an efficient game. Huerter tried to make me pay a price for trading him as well

I still think I could use a upgrade at center over M. Williams and Jordan. I don't have any draft capital to move because of Stepien. I will look at all offers; but not really looking for a star who will cost me 1/3 to 1/2 my quality depth.

Mark Williams- $39/3(4) years and Ousmane Dieng- $23/3(4) years as a package to upgrade my center position. Dieng was the 11th pick in the 2022 draft. Mark was the 15th pick in the 2022 draft.

Both of their physical measurables and potential upside is great for their respective positions. I won't part with them for peanuts but they can be had.
