This game was hot garbage. Outside of Banchero that entire roster is all guys who are just flawed enough to not be starter material.
We should be embarassed. At least Russell, Ryan, and Luka brought it in the 4th quarter.
They were able to build a wall against Ant, but only because our offense was lazy and completely discombobulated for 3 quarters.
Bamba is a clown but Rivers should be embarrassed for losing his cool and it's going to cost him 3 games.
We're lucky we didn't lose anyone else, I'm still at a loss what McDaniels and Prince did to get thrown out.

Hello, sorry if this a little bit out of topic.
Can someone tell me who's the artist that sang on the halftime?
Best Regards

Sorry...but I'm not giving Russell any credit at all. He had 5 turnovers in the first quarter. He is more interested in looking cool than playing hard. He doesn't value the ball and is honestly careless with it. One of his careless turnovers caused Kyle Anderson to be banged into and out for the rest of the game and questionable for tonights game against Denver. He does one thing well...which is shoot and he is streaky at that. I've never seen a guy just let people he is guarding go by him as easily as he does.
Just because he got hot and made a bunch of three pointers after the game had been decided doesn't mean he gets a free pass from me, because when the game was on the line he was awful. I looked at the box score at the beginning of the 4th quarter on ESPN and his +/- was a team worst -25. In the playoffs when the game is on the line you will have to take him out because he is such a defensive liability.

I don't know if we can even get good value for Russell...and because of that we probably need to keep him. He does win some games when he gets hot, and he has been shooting well this year. It's just sometimes difficult for me to watch him play.
I'd also definitely trade Naz if we can move him for something of value. I was reading on Canis Hoopus about how the Timberwolves perform with Naz on the floor in general, with Ant, with Ant and McDaniels, and without either of them. It was a pretty interesting the differences. Our schedule down the stretch looks difficult. Do we only have 10 of the final 27 games at home?
One last thought. Circumstances allowed my son and I to move in with my mom to help her out this past August. My brother who had been most active in helping my mom became ill shortly after we moved in and passed away suddenly in September. My mother is 91 years old, but I think has watched just about every Wolves game this season. Well at least every game after we found out she has Ballys Sports on her cable programing. My son, who is at Carlson School at the U, is a big fan of the Wolves. Because I hadn't had Ballys before I moved in to help my mom, i hadn't watched nearly as many games the past few years as I have this season. Mom loves watching the Wolves as I think it is a way for her to spend quality time with her grandson and myself. Her favorites seem to be Edwards and Slo Mo, even though she has to ask multiple times a game if they are in the game or not. I guess you never know where you can have connections with your parents. I know i never expected to have this connection with her.
