Seriously? What did you expect he’d fetch?

He’s an impending FA and the literal definition of a head case. I’m surprised they got a pick back for him.

Agree, Everyone knows Irving wants to sign with LAL which he probably will no matter how successful Dallas is this year.

Can’t wait til Thursday and we can move on from some of these dumb trade ideas, including a few of my own.

Good chance we don’t move anyone from the core LOL

PHO will quickly find out KD is not available this deadline or upcoming summer. If Nets had any intention not to try 100% to keep KD they would not have taken the Mavs deal

We used to just trade just for the **** of it. The pendulum has swung the other directly, completely.

The thing is, I was pretty pissed every year we ran it back with Demar. Their patience ultimately worked out for us getting Kawhi so maybe I’m crazy. I just can’t watch this team anymore. Haven’t been able to watch them since lost Marc and Kyle.

FVV/KD/Barnes/Siakam/Precious, let’s get it.
GTJ/insert/insert = title? Fred will humble himself beside KD

OG+Boucher + every pick we have for KD.

A little side note but I don't think he should go anywhere. To me gsrys flaws are a direct result of nick nurses coaching philosophy. He lets guys get away witj anything offensively as long as they play defense the way he wants. He's never held gary accountable for taking bad shots or not passing the ball, but he has benched him for his supposed lack of defensive effort.

Gary needs to be told to pass the ball more, and be coached to be less selfish offensively. Even if he makes the right read 50% of the time, and makes more of a conscious effort go pass on the pick and roll for example, he's a good player to keep around.

You think NBA coaches aren't telling Gary to pass and playmake more? He was like this in Portland too. It is what it is at this point. He's a great shooter, who can create a little for himself but nothing more than that.

38% from 3 this year. Very good. Not great. But I don't care. He is young and will get better at the other things. Keep him. He is a great target for Scottie's passes.

I don't think ANY of the Raptors' starters are complaining about not enough playing time.

And Brooklyn has lots of big wings. If TJ Warren is healthy, he's better than OG.

Yeah I'm more hoping for him to become a true sniper from deep like 40%+ with some more improvement around the rim and getting to the line. Playmaking has never been his thing and I doubt it changes.

That was insane. We were already out of the playoffs at that point. BC was always wanting to instill a winning culture, which tbf really paid off ... one year later after BC was fired and Raps finally made the playoffs again.

Tbf they actually made it the next year. But that was cause of Masai. No idea what BC was thinking Telfair played 14 games and shot 27% from the floor and was out of the league after the 12-13 season lmao.

But maybe those 14 games of Telfair gave demar and Kyle the motivation they needed for 13-14 /s lmao

:o No he's not. Warren has never been better than OG. Never. The disrespect for OG is insane.

Kawhi just became magically available though. It was a perfect storm. If kawhi wasn't they probably run it back. That's the problem though. You cant just keep holding on to these guys hoping and praying some disgruntled star that perfectly fits your team becomes available in a trade. That never happens. Need to be proactive this time around.

Masai jumps at getting KD for Fred, OG and all the picks. Late season push and we get into the playoffs...CHAMPIONSHIP BABY.

i think KD is back in now that Kyrie is gone.

but damn. Brooklyn not long ago had Kyrie, Durant, and Harden.

now its just KD. :o :o
