Even if the Nets were to be trading KD, the Suns aren't a good fit. The best they could offer is redundant with what the Nets already have on their roster.

Well it’s not like Dallas had a lot of win later pieces to offer. :D I think some of it was best quality of players and picks offered.

Lol. Wouldn’t equate the Suns position with hell, bro.

That's not what the saying means.

KD would have to pull a Kyrie and even then the Nets will drag their feet. He would have to blatantly sit out games 1st before they take serious calls.

I am having trouble convincing myself Brooklyn necessary got any worse with this deal, and may be more predictable/stable. But I imagine what really matters is if KD agrees.

Mikal is just too damn good and likable to be available.

DA is still there to sweeten the pot if needed, but I wouldn't want to move him since he's key to our defense.

Mikal is included in the trade after about 0.067 seconds consideration if KD is the prize

Sure it is. The Suns have a bunch. They shouldn’t be desperate. Going to be a top 4 team in the West although they match up better with the top half than the bottom half at this point.

If Phoenix balks at that price, it kind of is what it is. Just move forward with the season or find another trading partner (perhaps during the next off-season).
