Personally I like what PHX & LAC might have to offer more BUT...

If BKN will include Cam Thomas + DAL 29' + one of their picks, I'm doing it.

I think Thomas can be developed into a similar mini-scorer (although several inches taller than FVV lol) in time, he's still young, not like he can't get better but he clearly finds ways to get buckets and those picks could become insanely valuable in a couple years if you do wanna make a trade to bring in another star to pair with Scottie down the line.

I mean, Dimwiddie has been better than expected this year, and is probably a better point of attack defender--but the shooting...oi. He has been making more shots this year...but that's off Luka.

Dinwiddie is a guy I campaigned to sign a couple years ago to pair with players like OG and Siakam and FVV. He is a really good driver and has some size. But that was when the timeline was different. Dinwiddie is now 29 and fast falling out of his prime.

I guess we could deal for him and then flip by the end of the deadline, but if we keep can't deal him, we might have been better off sticking with our core or going to another trade with younger players.

I think the problem is that it's not a tanking move...Raptors could even end up being slightly better....end up in no mans land.
