REALLY nice drive and kick out by Keldon. REALLY nice. We got it back to him under the basket and he bullied his way to a bucket OFF THE GLASS.

Doing A LOT of little things that put together raise his game.

Diop terrific discipline to stay on his feet and not bite on the multiple pump fakes and contest well without fouling.

Well we just don't go away, do we? I LOVE IT!

Solid 31-23 win of this Q on some D stops, good rotations and switches, and good D to O push.

Keldon has shown far better court vision and willingness to pass - and he's found team mates very well. And wouldn't you know it, he both got the ball back and his own game has not fallen off. Love when he adds to his game.

Pop has played everyone available already, and everyone who has taken a shot has scored. Keldon leads us with 17(!), Jakob leads us with 6 boards, Doug and Malaki leads us with 3 assists each.

We're lucky our opponent does not shoot the 3 well because we are only 4-15. Sees like it's a strategy to try and bomb away fro the arc but even though that's not working, it's opening up kicks, dishes, pace: we're 38-34 points in the paint and 11-7 in fast break points.

We are also only 5-6FTs so once again more physicality and relentlessness to get the calls is important.

On D, keep communicating, try to get to the pass just as the ball does, get up in their space, and bully them into mistakes which we can then take better advantage of.

Ok I see why Jakob sags so much and doesn't expend too much energy on mid Js: Keldon got stuck too far into the key, then when he did rotate to the right player on the perimeter, he was late and his forward motion then caught him going the wrong way, blown by yet again, leaving poor Jakob down low having to cover two opponents. Again.

Keldon had the right idea, but he was chasing it from the start because of the first issue of being out of position covering no one in the upper paint. I think he sags there to try and read the O and pick up his guy, but just goes to show that the initial place and space decisions are so crucial.
