If the Spurs will buy out Dedmon, could he be a viable Jojo's backup? Is he playable during the post seasons?

Yes, decent big man off the bench. He actually gave us quite a bit of trouble in the series last year against the Heat.

Got to ship Trez out by the deadline so he doesn't tempt Glenn anymore.

Trez and Kork to SA for Dedmon? Think it barely gets us under the tax but doesn't leave room for another vet min pickup without going over.

Why not? It seems like bringing back ex Sixer centers (Okafor, Noel, Holmes, Drummond, etc.) is all the rage these days.

My guess is Durant extracts a promise to trade him this offseason if he "recommits" for the rest of this year.

Otherwise if he goes scorched earth, HE GONE now.
