POR expects us to make the playin and playoffs which means they get the pick if it lands 15 or above...if we completely miss the playoffs we keep our pick and give up 4 2nds...thibs isn't tanking the knicks want to make playoffs and give up the 1st. This is just incase we don't make it and the pick lands in the lottery.
