Apparently Memphis is ready is to throw a big offer at the Nets for Bridges though? We’ll see if that’s just smoke.

Brooklyn doesn’t own their own picks, is kind of tearing it all down; and yet has a bunch of starter or rotation level players and a ton of other team’s picks.

Someone really ought to check if dude still has a pulse. Not necessarily about Hart, just in general. No rumors out there at all. Like they’re content to stand pat. With a losing hand they apparently think is winning?? Crazy.

I see Nets doing the same thing before with DLo, Dinwiddie, Lavert and Jarett Allen.

It's too bad the Nets can't tank. They could get a raft of picks for a bunch of guys on the roster. Lot of winning pieces they've collected but of course no stars or potential stars.

Also think it's instructive to look from a wider lens when thinking the sky is falling for the Sixers. The Grizzlies look like they forgot how to win in 2023. Do they suck?

Last time after the Pierce/Garnett debacle they went full YOLO, tore it down without their own picks, and gave Boston a 3 overall and a 1 overall IIRC. Still ended up with Durant, Irving, and Harden after all that. Point being the Nets could still decide to tear it down.
