I had to listen to Durant/Harden/Irving were going to rule the NBA for the next 5 years. Ooops!

Durant to Phoenix, yawn.

Come on lol. I think the Celtics are still better than the Suns, but Booker is unquestionably the better player. What do we think his numbers are going to look like without defenses completely honing in on him.

People seriously understate the gap between scoring as a top guy, and a secondary guy.

KD=Tatum
Booker>>Jaylen
Celtics depth>>>>Suns

Maybe it’s the fraudulent 70 burger from a few years ago but Booker will always be an overrated stat padding chucker to me. I think he’s quite over rated personally. If you want to say he’s better than Brown I wouldn’t put up a huge fight but the gap is minimal if any.

He may not have defenses honing in on him, but he’s not going to have as many shots either. I don’t expect much change in his numbers at all

Ha saw that game in person. Was pretty wild to see that in a blowout that almost wasn't.

That Suns number is tempting.

Wasn’t he assassinated in Miami a long time ago?

Brown is absolutely the better player, better athlete and defender. Booker is a scoring combo guard, if his shot doesn’t fall he’s useless
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

Unfortunately Olynyc plays for Utah and Danny is probably going to want about three picks for him.

Vandy, Beasley and taking on Russ only got him a single.

Olynyk should go for a 2nd....

Yeah he’s absolutely the better player than the guy who finished 5th in the mvp race last year and was one of the favorites before being hurt this season. Booker’s advanced stats demolish Jaylen as well.

Like ballup said, c’mon people.

Booker was in the MVP conversation when he wasn't injured earlier in the season.

I don’t LOVE Booker lol, think he’s more top 13-15ish than top 10. But Jaylen is closer to 20-25, there’s a real argument that Jaylen is having a worse season than his last two.

It’s absolutely absurd.

I’m sick of our fans talking down our team like we are a mediocre 6th seed.

**** me, we have the best record in the NBA ffs

By his logic, going by points per game for example, that means Jim Paxton is as good Steve Nash was because they both averaged 14.3 PPG.
