Still pretty bad return for Mcd.

We were never going to pay all of pj, mcd, miles.

I guess in short term could open door for Bryce, assuming we shelve Cody for the year. Thor was already in rotation.

It's not bad. We got our own pick which will be in the top 5 of the 2nd round.

Can get a good player in that range. Also maybe frees up Denvers pick (which will be pretty close to that range) so we can get something on draft day.

At least their own 2nd is a nice one. It could arguably end up being more valuable than the Denver 1st if they are close enough since its not a guaranteed salary.

This team needs to offload Plumlee Rozier Hayward and Oubre but they aren’t wanted because they suck or are on terrible contracts; so instead the Hornets trade one of the few promising young players who have developed here for jetsam
