There’s very few things more pitiful than this board arguing for literally 700+ pages about picks the team just DGAF about. Af least 350 pages alone speculating on trading up. Leon showed his cards early and saved us from our own delusions.

I put the O/U on the draft thread this year at 500 pages, and I put the O/U as page 5 for the first fan to suggest seriously that we trade up for Wemby.

Yeah you nailed it. This is the roster whether we like it or now. 0% chance of competing for a chip, very low % chance of even advancing past the 1st round. We could potentially do it, but our seeding will determine that. If we get any of the top teams in the East in 1st round we're obviously out and might not win more than 1 game again.
If that happens, will that make it a successful season? What happens if we get 2 wins in the first round and lose? Does that make it a successful season?

Gotta hope that with his connections with Thibs, Brunson, CAA, he is happy here and they can retain him on a fair deal. Not sure what kind of contract he will command, I guess that depends on his performance starting now. But I do think he’s a guy who could stick here

The issue with Toppin is he needs a good PG to play well. Quickly is a good player but he's not a Point Guard.
