I have Denver as one of my losers. All they did was essentially Bones and a 2nd for Thomas Bryant? They couldnt even get the best backup big in a trade today. Obviously Thomas Bryant is an upgrade over Deandre, but he is still a funky fit. He's a horrific defender, the Nuggets dont need an offensive spark coming off the bench in the 5 spot. They need a big that can hold down the fort for a few minutes while Jokic sits.

And they make no other move. Youre the #1 seed, you have the best player, you see a ton of teams around you reloading. And all you do is Bones and a 2nd for Thomas Bryant? Felt like they needed to be more aggressive.

Nah, Nets did pretty good. Not so much for this year perhaps, but they've got some great building blocks for the upcoming seasons

Utah, SA, and Brooklyn are the only teams that got 1sts (I think) and Brooklyn had to trade two superstars to do it while Utah and SA didn't give up anything big. I think that's a win

Nets are LOADED with 3 and D players, our offense and defense will be better than it was with KD/Kyrie.

teams that got a legit chance to win a championship? The suns

The rest is wathever, the lakers and the mavs got better but i don't think that they will beat the best teams in a playoffs series

Winners: Bucks, Celtics, Sixers and Lakers for getting solid pieces around the margins for low cost. Also for the East teams, KD is in the other conference.

Neutral: Suns and Nets. Suns are either big winners (if they win a title) or big losers (if they don't win a title, they are effed). Nets guarantee no title, but pivoted to a nice team with some solid assets moving forward

Losers: Nuggets and Grizzlies - the West got tougher. Dallas has major downside too after their competition got better this year and there are now reports that Kyrie could leave to join the Suns next year

The biggest winner and loser at the same time is Drew Eubanks, who will continue to get minutes as Portland's only backup big and current starter so he wins, but also simultaneously loses because he will get crushed by talented big men.

Yeah, there's no argument for Lakers being worse. That was such a poorly constructed team. No shooter and no wing defenders in today's NBA? Horrible. Much better now

W - two expiring, impending UFAs turned into a 1-6 protected 2024 1st, seven 2nds, including one in 2023, while adding to our cap space.

Loser - Raptors, investing in a floundering play-in run at the expense of draft capital and doing nothing to address our shooting woes or our upcoming free agents and trading 2024 pick with very light protections for a player who will be the 3rd player on this team whose contract is coming up.

WINNERS: WEST
LOSERS: EAST

Just when conferences finally become equal for the first time in a while, Durant and Irving make star-power disbalance once again with also two LA teams also both very improve for playoff efforts by several small moves, unlike any EC contenders apart from the Bucks.

What?

D Lo not an improvement from Brodie.. Thomas Bryant was looking like a solid player.. Malik an ok addition I guess he's better than anything else they had to put out there.. overall they could have done much better and flipped Westbrook for something way better.. getting rid of Pat Bev for mo was good move doe

Winner: Lakers got bigger, better, added shooting and rebounding and saved 18 million in taxes. All for just a 1st rounder and a bunch of players everyone said sucked.

Huge day for Pelinka.

I find your unwavering overly optimistic view to be charming. Keep at it
