Yeah. Just a nobody who's 6'11", shooting 40% from 3. Knocked down 4 threes the other night to help OKC beat the lakers, when the entire world was watching Lebron break the record. Good interior defense metrics. 7th in the league in +/- rating. Extremely high efficiency in the PnR.
Yup, a nobody for sure.

See I think Stevens doesn't make this trade without checking in with the (still temporary right) head coach and making sure the ROI will happen for it.
This guy is a big that's too much like Gallo which was Brad's #1 target much to perhaps logic's chagrin and we've been paying for it ever since.
But if you can't get yourself CP3 for free... the next best thing you can do is try to compliment your players.
And when you have Smart and White as your starting backcourt you better have some good **** shooting everywhere else to make up for it.
I think Muscala is going to be in the rotation when the team is fully healthy and has replaced Kornet's role completely due to the need for spacing.
Like someone else said, just a bigger Hauser. And honestly how much of what Kornet does on defense is more than just being bigger than Hauser? We'll find out.
It's not the primary fix to Tatum needs of having someone else around to carry the offensive playmaking load occasionally that a star would be (still pissed that Booker will now have KD making life simple for him and Tatum is playing on hard mode), but the best you can do without access to actual talent is at least put out as much spacing on the court that you can so they can hit down 3s when they get open 3s.
Very similar poor man's version of Gallo who was also slow and couldn't guard a 4th grader last year but he was tall and could shoot and that's what Brad wants in the rotation and is his answer to the questions that cost us the championship last year.
