Bryant was the worst defensive big man in the league, I can't believe people are upset at him being traded. He was basically Enes Kanter

And that's sad.

He's a decent role player, but I think they're set on guards. I wouldn't want to play him over Dlo, Beasley, or Reaves. Dennis is one of the few decent playmakers besides LeBron so I can't really argue Bev over him either. He also had one of the worst line stats on the Lakers which is the total opposite of his time in Minny. He's just older now and I'm not really worried about losing what he brings

I will remind you of this :D

I don't know when you would do such a thing. They're 25-30 right now with only 27 games left. Won't be much time for vindication. And I hardly believe things would go so bad that I'd miss the 25-30 squad lol

One of the best LeBron edits I’ve seen.

Reggie is done. If he had anything left in the tank, the Clippers would have never traded him.

Granted I haven’t watched the Clips much this year, but I guess when I watched him vs the Lakers a few weeks ago he was just on fire then?

Fans had been begging Lue all season to either bench Reggie or at least significantly reduce his minutes because, outside of a random good night, he's just been playing really bad, selfish basketball. Lots of bad shots and costly turnovers. Granted, Lue wasn't helping either by playing three-guard lineups with him.

That’s crazy lol

Bev+Bryant for Bamba move was the mistake. It was solid until then..

Reeves really Showing what made him their third best player before his injury. Once the new players come in and LeBron is back, Lonnie walker shouldn’t see the floor unless it’s a blowout. I think we see Quite a bit of Davis/LeBron/Vandy/Reeves/Russell.

That's why I'm fine with the Bev trade. Reaves is a 30 MPG player and he just wouldn't get that opportunity if Russ and Bev were still here.

To be honest Hachimura has shown some pretty good defensive rotations and and on ball defense as well. I still wish they would’ve had kept Bev, but if the “limited center whisperer” can Pull his magic with Mo Bamba, it could wind up being a tremendous trade. All year long they have done better with Gabriel than they did with Bryant anyway.

I had a feeling they would be competitive tonight just by virtue of addition by subtraction. More minutes for Reaves, Gabriel, Rui, and Christie and no silly Schroeder/Bev/Russ lineups.

Can’t believe they didn’t win those games against the Pelicans and Thunder. They would be in much better position now given the trades. Hambone couldn’t even motivate his teams for crucial games. So much for him being a great motivator

[Zach Lowe podcast] Grizzlies and Pacers' trade offers for OG Anunoby included 3 1st round picks. Raptors wanted a good player included.

Hmmm may be hard to upgrade with big difference makers unless someone really wants out (talking about summer time)

25-31 lmao. This is why you don’t wait too long to make a move Pelinkduh. If he had made these moves before the year they win at least 5 more games. But he waited too long like the idiot he is.

Mostly tax saving moves I think. Plus they got 2nd rounders and an option with Bamba on the next year

hard to win with ham playing russ, bev, and schroeder 30 minutes a piece with most of those minutes overlapping and AD mentally checked out.

They win those games with tonight's tight rotation + Bron

Ok so now we are 25-31....but luckily the next 4 games are

GS (no Curry)
POR (must win for tiebraker and seeding, weaker team)
Pels (no Zion and better have a ton of effort after blowing it last time we played them)
GS (assuming still no Curry right after the break)

We BETTER go 4-0

Then we can take it step by step

Dlo/Reaves/Rui/Bron/AD
Dennis/Beasley/TBJ or Christie/Vando/Bamba
Lonnie, Reed, Gabriel

My main worry with the starting lineup is Rui. Can he shoot the 3 ball consistently enough? Likely not, but at least he has a very good mid range shot. He seems like a mix in between of Kuzma and Kieff. Better in some aspects than each and worse in some aspects than each.

We have 1 open spot if we want

I would be fine with Danny Green

For all the legitimate criticisms you can make, this is a bit daft. It takes two to tango and every GM waits until the last day to maximize their return. Up until a week ago, teams were asking an unprotected 1st to take on Westbrook for neutral value, let alone give anyone.
