I don't want Pat Bev, not really a point guard, just a shell of himself as a defender. Not a big Reggie Jackson fans.

I also like Barton and Burks.

I HIGHLY doubt Conley is bought out, they traded for him to use him as they needed a facilitator.

I also like Barton and Burks, but I don't think the Bulls grab anybody.

Signing D-Rose is the next embarrassment.

That's a "what the hell?" Really surprised w/Love. But if this guy's real - then it's not real.

Love was injured and since coming back, he can't shoot. He was recently completely pulled from the rotation. Maybe he heals and goes back to last year's form but for now he isn't a good player at all.

Burks and to a lesser extent Barton are really the only ones who make sense, considering our shooting deficiency.

Westbrook would be a perfect fit on this team. Not in terms of winning basketball but in that he can't shoot and is a terrible decision maker. He would be a great small ball 5.

I smell the Wall to Chicago thing… and I don’t like the smell. Russ likely will be with the Clips or Heat and Chicago will look for the bandaid…. But c’mon Clippers need a PG so bad and the cut wall. He is not the guy. Expect it to happen though. Tristan Thompson 2.0

Makes perfect Bulls sense, release the only other 7 footers on the roster and replace them with 6'6" guys.

Those are my favourite guys too.

Even though it’s doubtful, Westbrook should be the top target no matter the fit. Beverley would be good too, provides toughness and defense. Then I also like Barton, not sure what happened to him this season but he can shoot. Bulls desperately need more of that. Then of course Rose would be nice to have mostly for entertainment purposes.

We are talking buyouts so the bar is low. I don’t hate the Rose idea, Barton makes more sense, Westbrook hmmmm I just fear it will be Wall in the end. In that case give me rose.

I want no parts of Patrick Beverly. Not sure I want Wall either. The fact that he couldn't perform as the 3rd dog behind two all star caliber wings in PG and KL makes me think he's washed.

Westbrook and Rose are interesting. I don't think any buyout player is going to step in and save our season but they both could offer a small spark. Westbrook will push the pace, has prior success with Billy Donovan and is a good rebounder from the point guard. I'm not sold he would mesh in the half court with our Big 3 and his locker room personality worries me. Rose is a bigger gamble. I think Rose has been getting DNP-CD's because of a commitment to developing youth not because he is washed but you can't be sure without actually seeing him play. Rose is still capable of playing fast like Billy wants as well just not what he used to and obviously shouldn't be doing it for 30+ minutes a game. Although Rose has never been the floor general that Conley or Chris Paul is I would say that Rose is better in the half court than Westbrook and has a better jumpshot as well.

If we signed either one of them I'd cap their minutes pretty low and run the position as committee with Westbrook/Rose, Ayo, and Dragic. Even if a buyout guy only gives us a minuscule amount of improvement it may be the difference between making the 6th seed and making the playin as the 7th seed. I think Pat's inconsistent play is more to blame for our woes than Ayo. Pat shooting 40% from 3, having the higher ceiling and the lack of PF options available on the roster/Free Agency will secure his spot. Personally I think we should start Coby in Ayo's place for a couple of games to see how that plays out before signing a buyout guy. Rose, Wall, and Westbrook bring a lot of attention and could be an unnecessary distraction when we may have been able to improve our PG play within.

With teams like the Bulls needing extra shooting, kinda crazy Carmelo Anthony can't get some burn for 10-12 minutes with that job.

He'd prolly help with the scoring droughts when we have ayo, caruso, etc in. It'd be entertaining, eff it. Lets do it.
