I'd certainly take Mikan early and late when Moses was raw (ABA) or when he was no longer able to score with efficiency (after Philadelphia), but with era in account, I'd take Moses for peak and prime unless I get more evidence. Mikan was certainly the better defender, probably equivalent in terms of scoring and efficiency relative to his peers, Moses probably the better rebounder, Mikan probably the better playmaker, but the difference in quality of league is pretty strong and Moses did dominate both in Houston and when first went to Philly.

Moses was efficient basically until he got too old to play relevant basketball (after 1991). His FG% dropped considerably, but his gigantic foul rate made him above league average in every season of 1987-91 period.

Also, I think based on limited footage we have that Mikan was much better passer and playmaker than Moses. I geniuely was surprised by how good of a passer Mikan looks like.
