Why pile in Paul Reed? He played like an all star tonight.

Because many people like him despite being a worse player than Harrell, -3.20 RPM vs -2.27 RPM.
Harrell is definitely the better player. I mean that stat right there proves it. Good work bro.

It's cavs, heat, level at this point. I have seen enough and don't think a couple of buyouts will change that.

If Biid, Harden and Maxey plays at par, we’d be on the same level or even better.

With who? Boston and Milwaukee? I disagree. Both those teams simply outclass us when it comes down to it. We're not winning a series against either one of them. Not until Embiid can be 100% healthy and focused the entire time. It just hasn't happened yet for us during his career. We haven't gotten that perfect combination. You can simplify what it takes to be good at basketball and so much of it comes down to just desire and effort. Obviously the skill is there with this team, but the desire and effort on a nightly basis is not. We were dead for 34 minutes of tonights game and then finally turned it on for the last 14 minutes. In order to beat Boston or Milwaukee or even Miami in a seven game series, we have to be locked in each game, the entire time, for the entire series. Remember the dread some us started to feel when we were up 3 zip on Toronto and we lost two in a row? All the talk about Doc choking in the playoffs and how if there was ever a team that was going to be on the wrong side of history it would be us? I don't know man, there's just a lot going against us right now and I don't think it's our year. Playoffs absolutely, maybe a second round exit if we stay healthy.
