Pretty excited to see how that works out. We all know his flaws, but excited for Westbrook if he joins too. Felt like he had shackles on whenever I saw him play for the Lakers. No shackles if Kawhi and PG are resting.

For all his faults, he's still head and shoulders above a prospect level player like BBJ. The big question is going to be his defense, but he'll at least get a chance to put some pep into our offense off the bench. Unlike Luke he's a very willing shooter, and hits 3's at a good enough rate to justify the volume. It will take a year or 2 to see what his upside is as an NBA point guard.

That's unacceptable! No rebounding, no defense, no put backs, no intimidation, no steals, no blocked shots.. just jump shots only! Just think how much easier things would be on the team if Mook only added two of these things to the team like rebounding and some defense. Hell Zu's would look a lot better as well. I actually think Moussa or Mann at pf would be an improvement at this point.

If VanFleet (not saying he’s the ideal choice but the FO apparently is hot for him) is wanting out still the Clippers might have a better chance at getting him this summer. The Raptors won’t be too demanding in return because they’d rather get something then let him walk. We’ll see though.Wammy Giveaway wrote:
Who did Leonard campaign/demand for? Jackson and Wall were PG’s guys. Rondo was the FO if I remember correctly.

Not sure about this. BBJ hasn't gotten enough minutes with the main team to make this type of judgement imo. Both are known for scoring and not much defense so far in their careers. Denver didn't have a log jam at shooting guard and small forward for Bones to get DNP's every night like the Clipps do for Boston. I could be wrong of course but at the end of the day I'm just hoping one of these guys can turn into something special. The front office was definitely high on Bones pre draft a couple of years ago though. Tonight might be another night for Boston to show us something but we'll see

I'd honestly take him, even at this point. The open looks he'd generate on offense would be huge. Just really would need to game plan on defense
