lol so much hatred and hot takes on Luka on here...they lost 1 game in overtime on road vs a good Kings team and another game by 3 points vs a decent Wolves team...these aren't some crazy bad losses. They still need some time to gel...come back after atleast 10+ games. If they are still struggling, then that would be an issue

Nobody knew he wasn't peak Tony Allen defensively until your brilliance and boldness. Now, the team has had to fold. Luka will have to crawl back to Euroleague where he's already acknowledged its even tougher for him to score. I give him a couple more years before he's out of basketball completely.

the end of the game was very bad. luka had to speed up and that's not him - he has his own slow pace. i have NEVER SEEN luka in such a frenzied moment as that endgame. it looked bizarre and hopeless and hapless

i'm hearing too much of luka having to adjust - SCREW THAT!!!!!

if i had a choice i'd rather kyrie adjust to luka than luka adjust to kyrie. kyrie is not a winner and luka is. and if kyrie has to be the one to adjust i think he will figure out a way to leave the situtaion

people are pretty optimistic,,,all based on the idea that two brilliant bbIQ's will figure it out. small sample size but DAMN, these two guys play at a totally different pace. in fact luka's whole game relies on his pace!,,,and he's not athletic enough to speed up. lebron otoh played at a pace closer to kyrie

Kyrie maybe ball dominant but he moves off the ball. He plays off hand offs then runs around on cirl cuts then gets the ball back. It’s not dribble, dribble. He moves well off the ball. That’s why he and harden played well together from the first second they started playing together.

It’s 2 games...bad coaching...no way they can have a plan in that moment- both were being deferential...
