We'll see how their new shakeup affects everything but IRL, the Lakers pairing of AD and LeBron should still be dominant on paper but it isn't on the court because LeBron is so compromised defensively now. So, I guess there's some parity with that.

And thats why I cant take the sim seriously...the game would be more realistic if they had nba players and coaches and even gms as part
of their development team on a regular basis who were consistently involved year after year...

they cant even get arguablely the greatest player in history right in the game...its a joke!

I acquire more like an IRL situation than towards the Sim. It's not the best strategy but I just can't get into "getting under the hood" as much as going for players who I know would kick ass together.

I play the same way. What I did change this season was my defensive and offensive approach. I tried to address all four levels for offense and defense. Last season I just chased a super team without taking in a solid strategy for depth. This season I have both a big three and a decent strategy for depth.

Depth was a learning curve. I paid a lot of attention to MPHarris, 2010, Melo, and Hoffa etc. I've always considered myself pretty good at knowing what a super team is. All of us do. But those teams above, and some others, had a lot of influence on my depth approach this season.

If I would have known last year about depth what I know this year, I'd of been more competitive last season. Instead of snubbing my nose at Grayson Allen, TJ McConnell, Luke Kennard etc, I would have been trying to get them and keep them.

Gg SOUL. We were determined not to let you light that damn beam lol. Another balanced effort from my Warriors:

Zion - 28pts, 7rebs, 4ast
Westbrook - 19pts, 5rebs, 5ast
Klay - 17pts, 4rebs 3-3 from 3 pt
Gobert - 21 Rebs, 12pts, 4ast
Trent Jr. 13pts, 3stls, 1blk, 2ast, 4rebs
Kemba - 16pts, 1blk, 1ast, 1reb
White- 7pts, 6rebs, 3ast, 1blk

Heading into the break on a 5 game win streak and 9 games over .500 which is kinda normal seeing how we usually get off to a slow start. Hopefully on our way to what will be six consecutive 50+ win seasons. The real grind starts next week, but right now we rest. Got a healthy DFS coming back so we’re happy about that.

Thanks again for facilitating another great first half Bish!

Looking forward to the All-Star festivities 8-)

I am going to have to try different things against the Hornets. Trae was the only player that showed up big. Patrick had 12 and 10. Brook was solid off the bench. But none of my players could throw it in the ocean from three tonight.

Charlotte got great balance from Drummond, Portis, Edwards, Morant, and Durant.

Good game Hoffa/Charlotte

Jeez HerSports ran it up. Looks like Chris Paul at SG with Lonzo at PG is a complete failure. Time for some new strats. I'm still trying to find a team identity without Harrell giving me a 2nd 20 PPG post scorer.
