Really impressed with our passing this game. Keldon in particular stands out for not letting the ball stick in his hands and is tied for team high 3 assists.

Malaki is ALL KINDS of a scorer at 19 already. His growth from the beginning of the season is impressive. And we got him for Thad who came in a S&T for DD. Long-term goals!

He leads us with 17(!) on 7-8, 3-4 from 3 along with 4 boards, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block. WOW.

Sochan and Barlow with some impressive blocks.

Bassey with some impressive rebounding. Barlow, however, actually leads us with 3 O boards.

We are getting plenty of chances but missing so many that our 3s (40.9%) is higher than our FG% in general (38.9%).

Still we have 13 assists by the halfway point. But 6TOs this Q for 7 in total needs attention. Those dumb step out of bounds, O fouls from inbounds, travels oof.

We are down 28-24 points in the paint, so we need to do some work there, too.

We also need to protect the ball better on the boards where we're getting outrebounded 31-27 with 7-7 on O boards.

We were 6-7 after the 1ST Q and that's where we still sit at the half, so some pressure and physicality in the paint and some more D to O transition points to pressure their D into fouling would be nice.

I did like how much better we ran back on D to contest and love our ball movement. Just need put them in.
