Brooklyn is going to be an interesting team to watch now. No players I would call stars, but bloody deep with solid players.

interested to see how the coach plays it.

The Warriors ruled Payton as a failed physical and have until Saturday to through with the deal or rescind the trade.

Payton has been playing through a core muscle injury and the Blazers' training staff had been pushing him to gut through it with Toreador shots. This information had not been relayed to the Warriors during the negotiations.

Geez. I haven't googled toreador shots of whatever it's called, but that doesn't sound good.

He did ball out, but should be noted that Zach Collins scored 29/11 against him. That's probably his career high haha

Also was done in 44 minutes. Still, beastly for a teenager. Still wish we drafted him and Mark.

Spurs got a good one. Reminds me of Nic before he got paid.

Speaking of the Spurs, they let go of Stanley Johnson. I know he's likely looking to go to a contender, but would you take him on as part of semi-long term plans? Or too much overlap with Cody Martin?

He still has potential to be a really good all around guy, his three ball has been all over the place this year. Only shooting 27% from deep on a decent amount of volume, over 100 attempts.

Even though he was on an expiring deal, we should have seen what we could do with us. Just makes no sense man

He also played 30 mins last night and scored 2 points on 1/4 shooting. He had 4 steals, but Kuzma and Beal both had good games, so I don't think he was necessarily shutting anyone down he was guarding.

Joe Mazzulla got permanently hired in Boston. I wonder if there is any chance Udoka would consider this job if the Hornets got a top 2 pick.

Udoka and Bridges? We're really throwing morals and ethics out of the window if that happens.
