I think Conley makes them quite a bit better.

Conley brings them a real PG instead of a scoring PG, but in his last game he scored 0 and they blew a 20 point game.
Conley will help Gobert be more productive with the pick n roll.
Edwards is playing the most minutes in the NBA......he could wear out from overuse.
