He gets traded to the highest bidder across another conference as first choice. Teams learned their lesson, from Lebron, Durants, Bosh, Amare. If you want a young prime Superstar on your team who is disgruntled on another team have the asset capital ready. FRP'S and young valuable players known to have elite qualities you can send off. Also have to hope that said player is in another conference, which will help.
