Smart money's on waiting a few more games... They had a real bummer in Portland, and then a great game at home last night... I'd say it's still a source of frustration until they can build some consistency... Which they still may not.

Huh? He's the same player 4 teams have traded in 5 years. No one has thought he has enough value to keep. I don't see much difference at all in his game. His stats, on a per minute basis, track pretty much the same. His defense is still beyond horrible and makes him a liability late in games as a 2 defensively. When you look at the 2's in the west that's not a small thing.

We'll see how much value our leadership sees in him this offseason. My guess is he's on a 5th team this time next year.

Like Mo Bamba.. But I think Mitchell is better defensively at least. Maybe sign and trade for Mitchell in the summer?

WB is doing so well with the Clippers. They look like a real contender right now. A very comfortable win against the Bulls who just comfortably won against us.

Teams above us are rolling. Its harder and harder for us to chase the 6th spot now. Those 2 Hou and Mavs games hurt.

If Nick Nurse leaves the Raptors, I wonder if the Lakers FO will have the nads to get rid of Ham and bring in Nurse.
I’d give it serious consideration.

They've lost 2 in a row and now we're rolling, but either way curious to see if WB tightens up and chokes while over handling or not.

Play in will look a lot tighter if some teams stop phoning it in (looking at you, Utah)

I can’t believe the Clips have won the LAST 10 matchups. 31-7 since 2013. If we weren’t on a back to back, I’d say it would be a solid win… but the OT against Utah today kills that.

Yeah
Not sure how much juice they’ll have left for tomorrow night against the Clips.
It’s good we got the win tonight though . Way too close for comfort

Have a feeling Clips ans Warriors might lose their last 2 games in an attempt to avoid 5th seed. Still a chance.

Sac sitting starters. You never coach your team to Hide from a challenge. Shows you have no faith in them

OTOH how many starters are the Suns sitting vs. the Lakers in this game?

They probably sit them vs. the Clippers too.

And Jazz will sit Lauri on Sunday vs. Lakers.

Phoenix and Clipps are old Teams. Young teams, never tasting playoffs experience are hungry to eat, ideally you want them runnin hot into the playoffs. Not runnin scared. They have opportunity to control who they play, and they chose the team who has dominated them vs a team who they have literally owned the past several seasons.

That team that dominated us are possibly missing PG-13 in first round + added Westbrook whose IQ is lower than a squirrels. Suns will take a chance with Clippers/Warriors over Lakers who can take us to 6 games again. Every team looks for strengths and weaknesses going into the playoffs and we believe the Clippers are the best outcome.

Don’t forget Lakers have two bigs in Lebron/AD who can score anywhere on the court while Clippers have Zubac/Plumlee. We’ll take our chances with the latter.

I’d hope we get FVV in the off-season but I think we’ll get Trae Young. Kobe’s daughter’s favorite player… Watching him face the Heat right now in the play-in match.

How are Lakers gonna get Trae Young ???

I like the dude, but how?

If you mention Reaves In a deal, next ... Not trading Reaves In any deal

Edit: You're also keeping AD/Bron and Reaves ... So out side of those players whos you Including In a trade?

It was a failed attempt at a slight in the direction of whomever signed Westbrook because Kobe liked how he dunks. To keep Reaves. Sorry.

But, yeah, as a fan, I’m all for blowing the cap and the apron to keep the band together.
