Lopez has a few question marks, but highway robbery by the Twins selling high on Arraez for Lopez + 2 prospects, one of them being highly regarded.

Rolen got 10% of the vote initially. This year 76%. HOF voting is whack. It shouldn't matter who else is eligible in any given year.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don't know if there is such thing as a "good" HOF (maybe football?), but baseball is definitely farthest from it that I can think of. One of the voters this year voted for no one except Jimmy Rollins

The problem with football is it's always 5 guys who get in each year (plus a vet). Some years it's weak simply because they have to have 5, even if only 2-3 are really deserving. I'm not sure what the criteria is for baseball.

I love it. This looks like it might have been a little extreme but I really hope they follow through with all this and make both the batters and pitchers stop dicking around and play.

Yeah I think this is going to be a very popular rule change.

We need to see the Brewers do this with their OF prospects, starting with Frelick.

#1 prospect in baseball. This is the new baseline for Chourio if he has another great season in the minors.

How many times have guys been extended without ever playing in the Majors? I'd expect next offseason is time to discuss a deal with Frelick if he plays well this year

I'm not really worried about Frelick out pricing the Brewers. So if they want to wait a year then that's probably fine. It's Chourio that they need to work on getting a deal done this season.

Even that seems premature, I'd want to see how he does in AA & AAA at minimum before extending him
