Well sure, I mean tendencies or not it doesn't take a brain surgeon to know Curry and his off ball movement and shooter would work like a charm with the best passing big in NBA history. It's why I was willing to go all in on that combo last year since it just felt right to pair them together.
But I would have to assume Holiday or Murray or anoyone like that who's not a high usage ball dominant guard or another big that wants to compete for touches in the same area as Jokic as say a Giannis would make the most sense.
It's why MPJ and Jokic are a great pair as well (you can see it in real life). Your talking about another guy that can score on lower usage EFF off the ball. So if that is what you are referring to as tendencies sure.
I feel like I can predict or closely predict the category ratings but since I don't have the SIM and you have said in the paste tendencies are underlying anyway...so my thought on tendencies are just would those guys skillsets play well with each other.
Curry isn't a true PG where he needs to initiate the offense so that is why I assume a lot of the offense filters through Jokic. Which is actual interesting because I can't play the exact same style I did last year with Curry being hit. So I tailored my offense for Curry to be more of the distributor and Jokic to be more of the finisher. Which in real life it would probably be the opposite.
In the sim which is based off their real life tendencies each touch they are high usage ball dominant guards that primarily drive to the rim and hit jumpers off isolations. Go look at Murray's production right now in the sim.
When I say tendencies I'm talking about the fact at Curry has a high catch and shoot rate. Higher than every other high scoring PG in the league. Lonzo is basically the next best scorer that has a high catch and shoot tendency.
I get what you are saying but Curry was nowhere near some of the elite C&S guys last year which is being reflected this year. I get the prior year when I won when both Jokic and Curry were 5 stars...Curry had elite C&S rates and numbers.
But for instance Seth Curry had better catch and shoot numbers then Steph last year (significantly better). And was one of the main reasons I wanted him...but Seth Curry was a complete miss in the SIM on my part. He wasn't productive for me at all. I was expecting near 50% 3...he was barely hovering over 30%.
It does explain why Bane and MPJ are great fits for me but those were obvious...
