People really think Trae can't get along with coaches instead of realizing that both Lloyd Pierce and Nate were average coaches at best.

Lloyd Pierce at least could put a decent staff together and run schemes. It's just that the team tuned him out on defense.

Nate took Lloyd Pierce's got the guys to play defense in the later half of the season Lloyd got fired.

Came back with his own staff and the team regressed on defense with Trae doing the a carry job on offense, leading the guys to the 2nd best offense.

The Hawks had average coaches that were gonna get fired anyway if the franchise wants to be competitive.

Trae has nothing to do with it. Lol, actually Trae made these guys look good because without Trae, they would've been tank commanders cause that offense is terrible.

I think it’s a good hire. Snyder has been a good coach in the past but so much of coaching nowadays is how much your players like you and whether or not they’ll listen to you.

He’s a good coach but they must have really been scared that that there were going to be more bidders in the off-season with the deal and how quickly they did this. Unless this was in the works before the season started and they were looking for a reason to get rid of McMillian as soon as the opportunity arose

He probably would have been the #1 option especially if the Lakers move on from Ham. He’d be a natural fit in Los Angeles since he’s very charismatic.

Lakers should have hired him in first place instead of ham
