Supposedly Nate wanted to step down earlier this year and was asked to stay on board til the end of the season and Nate asked to step down again not to long ago. So he's been checked out for a good minute and i think they been talking to other coaches for a minute preparing for it. Im guessing they got the ok from Snyder that he was interested and then nate and them finally did a mutual separation to bring in snyder fast. Best thing i can think of based on how fast it went and the stuff that was being said over the last few months.

Look fam all im saying is im not holding it against Trae because the rest of the fan base wanted to take them fools out as well. We owe Trae some gratitude for getting the job for us i guess. Pierce was just a straight up bum i couldn't stand him as a coach at all. Nate i atleast respect but just like every other fan base he has coached for they all have the same issues with him by the time he leaves. Refuses to play younger rookies even if more talented, Refuses to change lineups and rotations, refuses to change up almost anything in his offense or defense even if it's 100% not working and costing games. Doesn't mesh well with younger players and is stubborn trying to evolve. With a elite vet team i think he would be solid but to me he doesn't do well at all with most young teams needing development. He needed to go as he wasn't right for this specific team and how it's built and as said Pierce is just a straight bum.

Lol overrated coach. Look forward to online people say he is this amazing coach despite constant playoff frustration and underachieving. Nate McMillan got the hawks to the conference finals. I will 100% guarantee Snyder will not

No, I think 5 years is a sign that Trae is on his last coach in ATL. Either he'll make it work with Snyder, or he'll be moving on.
