In the next six games we got Nets twice, Magic twice, Wizards and Sixers (home).
If you gonna pounce, now is the time. Worry about the rest later.

How on **** earth is he "probable" already? Would have thought they would just give him a whole week of rest before the Sixers game. I get that he's basically Wolverine, but my anxiety can't handle it if he has another tweak of the wrist or knee 6 minutes into the game.

On the Daily Show, he was not sure about trying sweets, he said he had a game tomorrow (filmed yesterday in NY)
He is playing.
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

This is merely my own speculation, but I bet even during the Miami game he could've returned but they saw that the game was in hand and I'm sure Gianni felt sore as hell having someone's knee bash into his quad/knee.

When it was rumored that Durant might play Sunday, I figured it was either posturing or perhaps since it was primetime he wanted to play. Once Durant was ruled out I think then the Bucks downgraded Freak and ruled him out eventually. He was practicing on Sunday and looked ok on the sideline.

I'm sure he's feeling good and the trainers/docs know what they're doing.

I really have to stop doubting Giannis' nigh-invulnerability. Watching that knock he took and the way he limped off the court immediately, it reminded me so much of the time Bev hit Russ' knee from the side and tore his meniscus.

Well it seems somehow we have too many good players that it doesn't even matter who is available these days. It's weird but worth watching :D

Well, there is only one month left in the season so it's the final stretch of the marathon. And with us neck-and-neck with Boston for that top seed it should make for compelling TV to see how the Bucks "go for it" while still balancing health concerns. My guess is an internal "no one over 36 mins" protocol of some sort.

Horst has to balance seeding vs. health. I think the Bucks threw away some games early against the Heat and others or there'd be more of a cushion.

schedule shmedule, it doesn't matter, we're not losing again

Best thing about this win streak so far has been that we've had more 20 point wins (4) than in the rest of the season combined (3).

With how Bud likes to play 10-11 deep I doubt anyone plays over 32-33 mins unless it's some kind of instant classic type that goes to OT. If they're going to go for the 1 seed now is the time to do it. Keep that sharp defensive intensity going and these next two games should be smooth sailing.

A Gianni/Bobby/Crowder/Middleton/Jrue or even Gianni/Crowder/Middleton/Pat/Jrue lineup should be fun to watch.

Other than 9 minutes of the Heat game we haven't had a full roster yet (I'm excluding Wes). It's crazy. Tonight and going forward we can finally see the whole team (the one that's on a 14 game streak without being healthy). Of course the 2 B2B will likely alter the "full team" concept this week.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Celtics have a slightly harder remaining SOS, though they're basically identical.

Our hard games are harder but our easy games are easier.

Eh, it's March/April soon enough I think they can handle two B2Bs before season's end. Kid gloves can come off. Hell, if anyone, Brook could use a night off.

A lot of it going to depend on who's still playing the last few weeks of the season. That Denver game is at altitude, though.

I like a little fretting about strength of schedule. It keeps this place from getting too over-the-top about how well things are going.

Just don't want to tempt fate when it looks like we're gonna have the whole world on a plate.

Bud with his "Yea, No.." injury updates and pregame roster announcements giving Bucks Board conniptions...

Must've had a checkup on his wrist after his "procedure" last Monday.

I crunched the numbers based on their opponents' home/road records instead of just overall records, so for example when the Bucks travel to play the Nuggets they're playing a 72 win team whereas a team hosting them is playing a 41 win team. And in that the Bucks remaining opponents have a .515 win percentage, while the Celtics opponents have a .502 win percentage, which is basically the equivalent of a 1 game difference. The Bucks being up 1 in the loss column plus hosting their meeting later this season makes up for the slight difference in remaining win percentages. Its really splitting hairs to try to come up with a clear favorite.

That's what I was looking at. That west coast gauntlet for the Bucks will be interesting.
