1ST Q: SPURS 32 JAZZ 30

We were behind most of the Q but finished strong on an 11-4 run.

We're only 2-3 from 3 so clearly our priorities are finding other ways of scoring: we're implementing a lot more of drives and kick outs or dishes to trailers.

Some good adjustments after we got pounded down low early to get more stops, strips, and TOs. We have 5 steals already and 9 assists to only 3 TOs.

Keldon leads us with 10 already on stellar 5-6, none from the arc, so some physical effort on drives and pretty touch at the rim. He also leads starters with 2 assists which is nice to see.

Graham leads all Spurs with 3 assists.

We did well to get to the FT line but need to make more of the chances we create: 4-8.

Keep up the level-headed play, grab the boards, control our effort and focus.

We tend to overload on the strong side and don't get to moving the ball when forced to do so. Then we take contested long shots.

Blake with TWO quick ZIP passes, two handed, that initiate the momentum of the receivers.

The second finds Malaki who finishes with a reverse corkscrew drive. Pretty adjustment on the fly.

He passed it to a team mate with even less time left putting Diop in a tough spot.

Very nice and patient work by KJ to get into the key and spin for a hook J.

Good block by Collins and good foul to prevent the dunk on their O board.No easy baskets.

We had a 3-4 possession stretch there in which we didn't score, didn't get the board, fouled, didn't score, got scored on that was one of those important series of plays that could really start to unravel us when it doesn't go our way.
