Would be wonderful if Jovic and Yurtseven would get burn in practice with Love and Zeller now in the fold. I am sure they can truly learn a thing or two from these vets…. Oh well. I am not the one getting the big bucks to coach the team… they probably know what’s best.

Is it me or do Euro bigs usually get these type of injuiries entering the league. It seems too common, like its a lack of core stregnth and build to handle the onslaught of physical play during live ball under the basket.

Imagine being a adamant that you want to leave a team that there are rumors that you aren't going to show up to training camp. Then imagine returning 2 or 3 years later because your fat ass doesn't want to stay in shape and wants to hit the clubs. Thank God we didn't try to trade for Harden when he was in Houston.

I disliked Houston for the way they developed a young Harden who gave him complete freedom. Had he played in Miami i'm certain he'd be a different player. Houston either ruined him or it was inevitable he'd turn into the player he did.

I used to love watching him operate as his skills was fantastic & revolutionized the sport but not a fan of that brand of basketball. I'm all for teammanship, defense & hard work. Was never a Heat sorta cat.

Kawhi in the playoffs is better. He's a machine out there when he's healthy

Damn....so the "Bam for Embiid" hypothetical that has been floated on this forum is becoming more of a reality.

Jimmy and Embiid want to play together....would we consider Jimmy for Maxey plus?

Hes locked up for three more years. There's no chance he comes to Miami. A team like the nets or Pelicans could blow them away with assets. The thing is, how many teams can offer a huge durant/gobert type package and still have players left to be a good team and compete?

I can see OKC or Memphis making a play. He's just too good, Philly and fanbase hate us, same conference, we don't have as much in assets. I just don't see it.

Why is it becoming more of a reality? No way Philly makes that trade without picks, etc. And I don't think they would trade him to an Eastern contender. Miami is better off hoping Beal or Dame finally breaks from their spell and get tired of watching the playoffs from the couch and even that is fairly unrealistic
