Ermm okay.. I hope the kid just overstated it for drama. Cause otherwise, this is a bad look for the future face of the league according to many.

I changed the title of this thread because of misinformation. Ja Morant has not been accused of pointing a gun at the alleged victim. The report claimed he "had a gun visible in his waistband". NBACentral is not a legitimate source of news. They aggregate information from tweets. This was actually reported by a WaPo reporter...so there seems to be some smoke there. It's paywalled though..it seems like WaPo has details of the police interviews

Young, one of the most exciting players in the league, fun to watch, on a good team. He's got a lot of limitations and things might flatline more than his fans expect, but he's already one of the faces in the league.

If he's not in transition or coming off a high screen against a drop coverage, he's mid as hell. Once that athleticism wanes a little, he's looking at a Westbrookian career trajectory except without Westbrook's strength. Good highlight reel though.
