Amazing, he has improved in 1 year much more than Maxey in 3 years here, let's sign him for the minimum! also bring Carmelo Anthony and play Mac McClung!

Hahaha

But for real. D12 is actually a decent shooter in practice and shoot around since his magic days.

Just to be annoying, anyone from the Cam Thomas Hive care to post your boys stat line tonight?

Sorry but after dealing with years of having to see Bum Simmons shooting threes in videos during scrimmages and shoot arounds, forgive me if I feel a tad jaded.

Just a bad game. He’ll bounce back.

I know it would take a lot for the league to do it, but they need to shorten the regular season. So many games feel like filler, and the players themselves play as such. Make it 62 games, play division opponents 3x and everyone else 2x.

Oh, and scrap or incentivize the all-star game while we're at it.

Wow, just saw that story. It sucks to have someone of his talent f*cking up this bad. Hopefully this a wake up call and he can change the people in his circle.

It definitely feels unusual these days because players get so much media & PR training.

Completely agree, except I would just scrap the whole all-star clown show.

None of it will happen, however. Always refer to Rule #1 - absolutely no rule or policy change in any pro sport will ever occur that involves the loss of revenue. There's zero chance of the owners giving up the revenue of those 20 games, or all-star weekend, which seems to somehow be an attraction for networks.

Can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube. They will never give up the money they make from those 20 games.

(My bad, didn’t finish reading the thread to see mjkvol already made my point.)

Ja Morant.

That’s why its impossible to win championship with a player not around their prime. There’s too much immaturity and they’re full of themselves over the team.

Wow man, I liked the guy coming out of college, but I didn't expect him to be this good. Once he was projected way out of our range, I completely gave up on him.

Linking Jimmy Butler to Jalen Williams is interesting. Like Butler, Williams is a WAY better defender in the NBA than he ever was in college (by the numbers).

I'm not getting onboard the hype train until he starts shooting threes at volume, though. If he's just a mid-range guy like Butler and Derozan, no thanks.
