I love Book as a player, but there's just no doubt who the best player on the floor is when KD is out there.

Book is still better I don’t see Durant scoring 70 points anytime soon.

There's a LOT more to being a well rounded player than scoring. Scoring is glamorized for what it is, but it's the intangibles and completeness that's where it's at. Booker isn't there yet and his inability to close consistently and fall prey to bait laid for him in a collapsing double leading to a turnover are two huge difference makers.

Durant's also got the body dimensions Booker will unfortunately never have. Book has to jump 3 feet in the air to get shots over defenders consistently, Durant doesn't have to jump much.

KD takes the least heat checks out of all the premier scorers so I don't think he'll challenge Booker's 70 anytime soon.

Interesting that Bookers biggest weakness is dealing with double teams since that's also Durant's. Now that they have each other on the court hopefully that can allow them to release the ball sooner if a hard double comes
