It’s time Herro fans, just take it on the chin and admit the loss. There’s just flat out no defending this anymore. Like there’s literally no argument to be mad anymore, unless we’re playing trash teams the dude is very mediocre.

He’s paid to score but when we play good teams he can’t do it efficiently and defensively he’s a league worst level defender. He’s such a handicap against actual competition

Problem with Herro is he can not create separation, no speed and not the body to bang like Jimmy, his shot is off so he is basically screwed

Facts. His lack of physicality also prevents him from being able to get any fouls. To at least keep him scoring and provide some natural separation (guys afraid to foul). It’s actually that imo that will prevent him from being an all star (among his low bbiq).

Yes, that way after the damages is done, real changes can be done. No more sugar coating it with another un drafted G-Z league player. Let's say we get swept off the court, I dont care what someone did 10 years ago, you need accountability. If that means people get fired so be it. This goes from the top to the bottom of the organization.

Exact same mentality as our roster building. We go dumpster diving for assistants too. There was this point during the big 3 era I think where Spo turns and asks one of his useless assistants "Any other ideas?" or something to that effect. Everyone was piling on Spo for that, on how he didn't have a plan or ideas for himself. To me that showed then how bad of a position we were putting him in, especially since that assistant could offer nothing coherent in return. Kerr has a wealth of basketball knowledge sitting alongside him, and so do most other coaching staffs. But for us, it is all ex-players like you said.

and whos fault is that? falls under the scouting department and the GM..... why isnt anyone on the heat FO ever held accountable? everyones job seems to be secure despite fielding a horrific team.
