Glad we are dominating tonight without Embiid. Must have caught the Heat off guard. It's obviously not sustainable though.

Can’t blow a 19 point lead to start the 4th can we?

In other news, early grade of Tisse for McDaniels trade is a solid F

Don't forget that we also got 2 second rounders in the deal.

Ok I’m feeling good watching the game so I’ll leave the trade with a “not yet to be determined.”

That’s a good win. We actually blew them out on their home court

Bum hates Embiid man he's trolling the fanbase here. I still don't understand why

that and also the switching defense. Heat are not that talented to be honest and last game they were having wide open 3's all game long with Biid not coming out to challenge the shots. With proper defense, they are back to their season average in 3p%.

A lot of 3s from them and a lot of TOs from us

For us to outclass Miami like this makes dropping the last game even more frustrating. Outscored them by 21 pts in 2 games yet only a split.

I think the best thing that could happen for this team is for Maxey to string together a good stretch of games. We need him feeling confident in his game & his role for the playoffs.

He's the most relentless troll I've ever seen, I'll give him that.

Very curious thing that the Sixers could play such a solid, complete game tonight without Embiid, and at the same time be so consistently awful in the non-Embiid minutes when he's in the lineup.

A good coach would be able to take things out of this performance and maybe fix that problem. Wish we had one of those.

 Doc seems to do more with less talent. I honestly have yet to figure out how or why that is.

The solution is for Doc to always play with one star and rest the other lol.

It's just this one game, but the team looked more relaxed and fluid without Embiid. I think this is partially on Doc (he seems to work well with either one star or like four stars in the team lol), but we also have to admit ourselves that it is objectively hard to create your game around a ball dominant non-passing center in the modern NBA. Maybe this will normalize in the playoffs, as Embiid will hopefully be more focused on rebounding and locked in on defense and less focused on chasing scoring titles.

This team needs the best Maxey, and this happens when he is a starter.
