Ok, I see what you mean. I think the difference is in the NBA they have a luxury tax. In BaF we don’t. So that’s why the hard cap is needed.
We have 15 spots...I think its more than reasonable for us to have "one" player that we can keep...Teams that can draft should be able to retain atleast one of their players...give said team a chance to have a player have their entire career with one team...
