Really makes no sense why they didn’t. Plumlee is the better player, wouldn’t have to give up anything to get him, he knows the system and he’s just the better fit.

Thomas Bryant is a horrific defender and he doesn’t get to play off of LeBron to boost his offense. At least Plumlee can rebound, pass, and defend a little.

I won’t be shocked if Bryant gets some DNPs come playoff time.

Minnesota Jazz > Los Angeles Jazz. Conley and Nickeil making plays while the Lakers' defense looks lost.

Brandon Clarke just left the arena on a golf cart with his achilles wrapped. That non-contact injury looked bad and I think we are fearing the worst.

Sometimes he becomes overly selfish and that hurts Nuggets when he isnt hot.

he had like 2-3 possession that could find Jokic in a good place to score and just ignored him

Murray wants to be Bubble Murray and be Jokic's co-star. But he's not. He's not on that level. He's more Pippen to Jokic's Jordan than Wade to LeBron.

The sooner he accepts that, the better.

But we haven't hit that moment yet.

This is why I don't see the Nuggets winning anything this year. They haven't figured this out yet.

The last time Murray was healthy for a playoffs was Bubble Murray. He's trying to get back to that, even though Jokic won 2 MVP's since and Murray is still making his way back from knee surgery.

I get what Jokic is doing. He’s feeding his guys wide open shots. But at some point you just gotta say enough of that, they aren’t hitting open jumpers tonight and it’s time for him to take over.

Of course when I say that, Denver will come out scorching from 3 haha.

Damn. Sorry man. You guys look great tonight, too.

Clarke is key for you.

Best of luck.

Those aren't 100% his fault. Beasley has to wait til he is set before he tried to make a move. That last one was definitely not AD's fault

There is no excuse for 3 Nuggets players to have more shot attempts than Jokic and another 3 to have the same number of attempts. Jokic wants to play the beautiful game but sometimes he just needs to channel Giannis and make something happen himself. He’s the most efficient scorer in the league.

I think im going to chalk every game we face minny as a loss. Feels like we haven't won against them in ages.

Unfortunately Devner's owners are pretty cheap. The TPE was created by giving up a 1st to dump JaMychal Green last summer to avoid the luxury tax. Taking in Plumlee would have undone that savings.

To be fair to Jokic, guys are bricking his pass attempts. Even on wide-open shots.

Also, if the bench were doing anything this game would be about tied.

If they double Jokic he's got to pass.

Fouls like these really make the game stale and boring, like come on

Just get the call right. Maybe I don't understand the rule, and refs are human, but without an explanation of the former on air it just looks like a known energetic driver getting the benefit of his style of play.

He's not "Pippen" lmfao - he sucks
On both ends

If \ when \ maybe it takes him another year and he's back to being a fringe all star but even then i'd much rather have quite a few guys in his position

Nuggets have no shot, srry to disappoint Jokic fans

The baffling this is they knew they were locked in to murray and mpj because of their contracts and past injuries - so if ur gonna have secondary stars that are far inferior to other contenders - why not load up on the bench? Try to counter some of that with depth and versatility

Instead they are thin af...
Horrible

2nd rd exit at best imo, total pretender

I agree and have said that repeatedly. I think there's a great chance they go out Round 1 to the Lakers.
