Honestly, probably the best call to try to rein him in a bit. He’s been involved with a lot of goofy things, the lack of professionalism could lead to negative places.

This is what happens when you surround yourself with bad actors, including family. He's an adult and responsible for his own actions however he won't learn or grow unless he distances himself from his current entourage of thugs.

So within a month, news came out he bought a gun out on a 17 year old, brandished another gun at a security guard in Mem, and then got into altercation with Shannon sharpe to back up brooks.

Dood has talent but is a head case. Head scratcher to show ur weapon on live. Sabotaging his own career is kinda funny lol

I remember folks lost it when harden was in a hookah bar after a portland loss, or even when lebron had a hummer and a wes unseld jersey. Case being ; Morant is clearly out of his mind and needs to get some guidance, no young star nba players have acted like this in recent memory ( Brandishing weapons in a strip joint, potentially threatening arena employees, or the whole assault of the kid story) Really the only comparison is gilbert , who ironically his favorite player going up. :lol:

Lol, half the league was drug addicts in the 70s and 80s.

Magic Johnson was a sex addict and was having sex before games, after games and throwing entire sex parties for the team.

Michael Jordan, the best player in the league was a gambling addict.

Athletes were always like this, just nobody got to see it, but only hear about it.

We don't know what Jordan was doing late in the night, drinking and gambling because nobody had a camera 24/7.

Ja Morant is living the lifestyle that others did before him and he isn't smart enough to do it and get away with it in this age of fame and clout with cameras 24/7.

It was always like this, nothing Ja Morant is doing is extraordinary or new.

Believe you are referring to the epic MSG brawl between nuggets and knicks in 2006, anthony was suspended 15 for that. I dont think Carmelo was suspended for his apperance in the stop snitching video (2004), but I also could be wrong
