For sure and I’ll say it start with Kidd playing him and Luka getting him the ball. So far there have been so many fast breaks where green is ahead of the pack and Doncic doesn’t get him the all for a quick easy basket. I think that part will adjust, I noticed Doncic is slowly speeding up on the fastbreaks. He is going to learn to make quicker decisions as opposed to usually taking his time reading the defense. Once Luka is able to read the defense even quicker we’ll see a different looking offense once we are able to speed it up.

But yea Kidd has to let Green play, he’s high energy and super active, you can’t ask for more.

Luka was more comfortable throwing lobs to DFS than Green. I don't know why is it so because Green is faster and more athletic than DFS.
Maybe it's really true, they need more trust and confidence by constantly playing together. I still feel like Kidd just throws together random lineups and Luka usually ends up with all the wrong players. At least Maxi is back and we can already see how much more he provides on offense and defense.

100% true. Luka already has chemistry without Kyrie. No reason we aren’t seeing the Luka/ Wood pick and roll a lot. I still don’t understand why Wood is getting treated like this. When he’s confident he play great. When he’s locked in, his interior defense hasn’t been that bad at all.

Yea Maxi is definitely a big factor in this. We will see him be even more effective when not ups against such a Gigantic center. He really opens up the lane on offense when he’s on the court.

Kidd better shape up and starting doing things that make sense. Luka doesn't have the cajones to call a players-only meeting but Kyrie wont have the same patience for Kidd's audience watching arse.

Kyrie respects Kidd, he never respected Nash.

So it took both of the stars to score 80+ combined points so we can barely beat them by 7 playing at home.

lol I am sure this is something easy to maintain.

Edit: 76ers was playing b2b and we had rest too. Wow.

Missed the game, glad we got the unexpected W though! Saw we were up by 25ish again and they came within 4 - what were peoples impressions? Anything new or improved or worse than before?

We need to shoot 50%+ in 3pt line, so that we can get a narrow W on PHI, which is on the 2nd night of back to back. Good luck on that.....

The run that created the lead wasn't real, just insane shooting spree, the run that destroyed the lead also wasn't real, absolute collapse of the bench unit THJ and Wood spearheaded the collapse.
Luka, Green and Kyrie blew the game open again, what was worrisome is the 2nd time Sixers attempted the comeback, it was similar to the OKC game, but they managed to keep safe distance.
Defense wins draft lotteries!

It’s the same story it’s been all year, they can’t get stops and they can’t rebound. The Mavs bigs are getting killed in the paint and killed in the boards. They give up WAY too many second chance points. No way to fix it this year though unfortunately.

They just got to ride the season out as it is and see if the ceiling is higher with Kyrie. Then you invest in him and gis max extension. If its not there then they let him walk and Dallas gets a max contract slot open.
