Minnesota lacks scoring options outside of Edwards, with Towns being out and Russell being traded.

Officially, he's listed as having left foot soreness, but unofficially it's load management. I fully expected this BTW.

I hope Embiid didn't hurt himself before the half. He landed bad after he blocked Edwards shot. Took him a minute to get up. Hopefully it's just typical Embiid drama, but it's always scary.

Nothing more funny than reading Wolves board, and some of their fans complaining about Embiid being favoured by refs with a whole... 1 FT in the game!

Reed is a better center than their 4 first round pick stiff. How embarrassing. Everyone in the Minnesota front office should be fired.

As much as I hate always seeing Embiid beyond the three point line, I should be thankful he made those last two three-pointers before the end of the Half. Oh, and Tyrese Maxey is that dude at shooting guard.

A disproportionate number of injuries occur in the second night of back-to-backs. Statistically, it's probably a good idea for that reason alone.

The fact that Embiid is schooling Gobert should be a clear indication that he is officially at the top of his game at this point. There was a time when Gobert would have given him fits. I'm sure Embiid has a kryptonite at this point. Maybe Nic Claxton... j/k

Yeah it's been really noticeable tonight. Looks they're built around KAT, Russell, and Edwards being high volume main options, with the rest of the rotation meant to fill in alongside that. No Russell+ no KAT means they're a lot of role players + Edwards using as many possession as he can (and he's not a hyper heliocentric-type guy).

The recipe seems a little off but hard to judge them without KAT (who I think gets underrated some.)

Good for his hammies. That’s how he got hurt when playing back to backs big minutes. Hopefully Embiid gets limited minutes this game. Reed has been doing better this year just play him more especially being ahead.

Melton is a 6'1 wing , Maxey is 6'2 SG, Shake is shake inconsistent combo guard with good length but no burst.

We lack playmaking. Harden is elite so we have been able to get away with it. I think Maxey will get better but not this season with under 20 game left ; he is a scorer that is a average shot creator.

Is it me or the perfect player for this team would be Andre Igoudala prime(nostalgia). He could guard the best player(way better than melton and tucker), great athlete( increase the fast break production, easy buckets) , underrated playmaker (averaged 5 assist as a 76er), would have the second best court vision on the team.Solid 3pt shooter. He would be the perfect piece for this current sixers team if you think about it.....(nostalgia)

Embiid showing up on offense tonight. And Maxey is a damn good playmaker.

It's because refs are helping him though.
